Please help wot gaskets fit

Hi guy need dime help I need the manifold gaskets for my 96.20tdi
And iv heard other gaskets fit off other cars vans and so on
And how hard are they to fit as iv only got the use of my right hand and make thing worse one leg ha ha
I haven had her long so don't no my way around her that well yet any help would be massive
