Hi all...
Picked this shed up a couple nights ago...
Its had a really poor life in the hands of the most terrible owners... The bodywork is a bit shabby but its solid, its evident its not been serviced for years.
This is a 2.0 Diesel Turbo... SX-G 4x4 in desirable black
The next day I spent from morning till evening cleaning it out, serviced it with fresh oil and filter... I literally had to use a large screwdriver and hammer to knock the oil cap loose. The poor engine's oil was so nasty that it stained anything it landed on terribly. Its now a little quieter, still not quiet enough.
So I put it to you guys...
What can I do now to improve economy? Are the ECU's mappable?
Also im going to tidy up the body work...
Im after the following parts
Original mirror glass for the passenger side wing mirror unit
Rear door bake light
Skirts
Front lip
LOWERING KIT!
Wheres the cheapest and best place to get replacement wearing parts such as steering and suspension components?
Thanks all in advance... Heres a couple of pics...
James
