Greetings from Bury, Lancs
Hello Largo lovers,
My name is Phil, though I'm sure my username gives that away, and I'm currently researching as much as possible into Largo ownership with the intention of buying one in a month or two.
It will truly be a multi-purpose vehicle for me as I will be using it as general day-to-day transport i.e. traveling to and from work, going shopping etc..... as a paddle-wagon (I do a spot of whitewater kayaking)..... and as a tow-car for a caravan.
I've been looking at pretty much all the MPV's out there and was homing in on the Toyota Estima but couldn't get the cracking cylinder head issues out of my mind, then I came across the Largo and instantly thought "That's the one!", so now I'm learning as much as I can about them with the old adage "Forewarned is forearmed" ringing in my head, then hopefully I'll buy a good'un.
I have spent quite a while trawling through this site and the 'other' site already, but will no doubt have plenty of questions to ask anyway, in fact I might as well start as I mean to go on so..........can anyone please tell me the length of the interior from the back of the cab seats to the back door, also, the same but corner to corner? Thanks, this will determine whether my kayak can go in the back or not. Hopefully it will, but if not I'll have to resort to using a roof-rack.

Re: Greetings from Bury, Lancs
Thanks for the welcomes and the info.
I guess I'll have to recline the passenger seat too if I want to put the kayak inside, but then it will definitely fit.
I'll be looking for a diesel when the time comes, I couldn't quite live with the annual running costs of the 2.4 unfortunately, however, I'm used to a 2.5TD weighing in at roughly 2.5t and producing 85bhp so the diesel Largo will still feel quite nippy by comparison.
