hi all
, not sure if I will be welcomed, but ive just bought a nissan serena fx
im not sure but it sounds like its the poor relation to a largo, and I have no idea of the differences- but I didn't know about the largo until I owned her.
shes a nice enough van by all accounts, a veritable tardis, with electric everything and middle swivel seat.

shes a bit sorry on the outside but hoping to improve her with bigger wheels, spoiler, bars ect - once the little niggles have been sorted

anyway, hello again to all :)

I used to have a Serena when I joined here.

The Serena I had the engine access was easier, both seats at the front were held down with p clips whereas on the Largo the driver's seat is bolted down. The Largo is a bit more plush and styled than the Serena but mechanically many of the bits are the same (same engine, but with intercooler, same front drop links etc).

Welcome to the forum :)

thanks for the welcomes.
as a 2.0td she actually quicker than I expected and not too bad on fuel, although after a bit of research the largo with irs 2.5? intercooled engine is a bit more grunty and economical...
certainly looking forward to the next few years enjoying her, will upload some pics when can
