Hi. I'm looking to buy a Largo, and thought I'd browse here to see what ownership is like!

Nick.

Hiya. You've come to the right place. I think the only answer your going to get is that they're great. Pretty nippy(cant state how fast mine has gone)
Loads n loads of fun.
My 4kids and misses spent the night in the back as our camping trip was a washout.

4wd also glass top with white alloys.

Welcome Nick

They're cool cars (we would say that on an owners club forum though right?)

Fuel consumption isn't great and some parts are tricky to find or require creative solutions to fix, but overall they're nice and low maintenance. Diesel engine is the same as the 2.0TD Primera, nice and tough. Unlike the Toyota Estimas which have the engine laid flat on the side and suffers overheating and head cracking issues, the Largo engine sits vertically and doesn't :)

mrfish85 you are camping in Pembrokeshire? So were we two weeks back. Only rained a bit fortunately, didn't have to resort to sleeping in the Largo. I'm impressed you got five people asleep in yours, must have been a bit cozy!

We went to Grondre Holiday Park, Narberth. Less than £100 for five nights of camping with three kids (and they have a pool). Trips to Tenby, Pendine sands and New Quay to see the dolphins. Was bit of an experiment to see if we liked it, we bought a gigantic frame tent on eBay for £80 (a Cabanon Montpellier - bit retro these days - but it had loads of room and didn't leak). Kids had a great time so we'll definitely do it again, and I didn't realise how beautiful Pembrokeshire is.
