hi everyone.
today we bought our Highway Star.
two little boys love the space.
it wasn't my first choice.
Let me explain.
we've been struggling since we part chopped our VW bay and got a Xsara. the wife hated it - period.
since our two boys came along 29 and 8 mo ago, life been impossible. all their STUFF!
be needed to upsized qk. looked at all the 7 seaters. they're just naff. we needed BIGGER.
i had my eye on a previa but showed the wife the Largo h/way star and OHHHHHHHHHHHH we gotta have one.
we looked, we tried and buyed.
ironically we were thinking a 'bus' as well as a car so this fits the bill massively.
just got home from the 2 hour drive.
so has anyone out there owed our new wheels P493 AHO.
salutations!

Re: salutations!
I'm selling now as it was a project bus for two of us to go camping and stuff but my health's not so and i'm now on my own so i no longer need a big motor have a new smaller car now just for pottering around as my other projects hobbies are calling to be done and i cannot justify having three projects now, lol, so sadly the bus is going, she is ok runs a dream and i would go anywhere in her short mot and tax is disabled as i am, ..... I did want to customize her out and do a nice paint job, however my old classic sports car needs attention and my bikes going back on the road this year so something had to go. lol.
She needs a little TLC but nothing major really she is usable as she is, i got her like this and not had time to do anything she has been a dam good work horse and i shall be sad to see her go truth be known, but someone with family and she is going cheap so will be a good bus for someone.....if i cannot sell it for the price i want then i will consider breaking it as engines spot on pulls and goes like a good un, g-box fine and all other bits, lol.

Hi there,
I'm looking for front lower ball joint ('grey import' - whatever that may mean. Do you have a picture of the ones you have? That I can send to my mechanic? He's havin fierce trouble trying to find the part and coming up with front lowers that are similar but on exact . It's a 1996 Largo I have. Thanks Jackie

Mine is a rear wheel drive 2.4 petrol, the lower ball joints are bolt in offset holes, i do not have the pictures on hand and they are buried in my garage, i will try to find a pic or better still you put a pic up of your ones i would be able to tell from that,
