Hi,
Just introducing myself. I have been the owner of a 1998 Highway Star 2.4 petrol for 3 years. It's been great and given me no trouble other than a bit of welding needed twice of the exhaust. Not bad for that length of time.
Been to Ireland on holiday 3 years running fully laden. Fuel consumption not too bad, I think I'm getting around 28mpg.
I 'm looking forward to getting some hints on the forum regarding maintenance etc and contributing myself.
I live in Sussex and drive it to work in London a couple of days every week.
Hi everybody

Welcome to the club.
The best thing you could do with a petrol is to fit gas to it. Gas prices are way cheaper and availability is pretty good.
