Don't forget it is a good ton and a half or just over to be fair more like two tons in weight, it is only a 2ltr engine and you will only get about 30ish to the gallon, and slow to get there, i had the diesel one first, loved it and at the time fuel was not as bad as it is now, but the one i have now is the 2.4 petrol, it flies and is giving me a good 30 miles to a tenner at 131,9 a litre, so at that i'm happy, i can reduce this obviously when i hoof it but being normal driving it yeah i'm pleased, (and i am a northern lad at roots like yourself, so a tight T*#T best of times ) lol.
To be honest maybe you could sell it on buy a petrol and go with a gas conversion???? food for thought, ?? save on your Mrs cooking all them chips for you get the oil when shes done lmao.
