Hello everyone
Hello just bought a Largo today very cheap. It's a bit of a shed but hoping to do her up a bit and kit it out as a day van. If any one has a light blue bonnet and left front wing I will be interested as mine are green at the moment. I only want to make it simple with curtains and a cooker in the back by removing the rear seats. Hopefully it just needs an oil pressure switch as the oil light is on but no noises or rattles and the level is ok. It took me about 20 mins to find the dip stick so any guidance to the pressure switch i would be very grateful. I live in Tamworth staffs so if you have anything for sale to help me with this please contact me.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Check the plugs under centre console have been connected as I seem to remember this is what makes the oil light on all the time.

Welcome to the forums.
As they said check your connections under the centre console.
If your making a project of your bus send us some pics of how it is now. Start a new thread in the Projects & Worklog section of the site. Then update us there. Nice to see TLC being given to our beloved Largo's

Re: Hello everyone
Thanks for the replies. I will check the connections tomorrow and start taking some pics. Don't know how long it will take but I've got do do some planning first. I will remove the rear seats and work around that. Don't expect it to be a beauty it's just a bit of fun for me and the wife to drive off somewhere on the spur of the moment as we used to do when we had a ford capri!

Re: Hello everyone
Found and replaced the oil pressure switch today. Problem with flickering light fixed but boy is it in a stupid place. You have to remove a/c compressor to get at it and then it's still awkward!. Well onwards and upwards it's now at Mot so fingers crossed.
