Nissan Largo Friends

I wish to remove one bench seat from my Nissan largo petrol automatic 1997 as there is only me and I wish to use it to sleep in one seat is enough for little ol me....im going to put in some curtains and a cuboard ect porta loo and tv I will be sorted for the summer next year hopefully......and never sleeping in a tent again....but need help please guys and girls ......is there any way of removing the seats from the rear or middle on a eight seater? they slide up and down....but do they come out at all??????
