Nissan Largo Friends

Hi all,
I have just purchased a 1996 Largo and am trying to source an owners manual, free would be nice but would pay if needed.
I have an immediate problem, when I turn the ignition off the engine continues to run for a while? Is this a safety feature for the turbo or do I have a problem?
