Hi everyone just bough myself a largo 96 reg 2l tdi, 100000mls on the clock. I bough it on friday as soon as i got it home,park in me drive already hard to work on the ol girl. sort things out what need attention.
As the the vehicle is 20 years old there thing need checking and addressing.But having say that is a solid car and very advance in hi-tech being a japanese.
work on engine-replaced the alternator belt and have to weld one of the alternator bracket due to previous owner not tightening up properly.Should see the state of the belt, its could snap any seconds good job to check when you buy a car.
Also done the oil/filter change.painted o/s rear brake drum in largo blue,still 3 wheels to do.Took off n/s side skirt to repair any rust and rots.There loads more to do yet to make it a decent car(van).Beside i dont mind its fun......
.....cant wait to get to wales by the beach to do a bit of fishing,biking,and site seeing.
And sorry to mentions, i am from manchester uk.
