Hiya we chatted briefly by text this morning
Welcome to the forum.
The accident sounds pretty brutal, will you be needing to adapt the bus any to drive it? I guess one hand makes indicating and turning lights on and off a bit tricky?

Hiya guys thanks for the advice
Yeh crash was a big one at over 120 mph
I broke everything from my jaw down I'm back together but I lost my right leg below the knee and I can really use my left hand and have limited use in the arm I suffer whith my back as u broke that and smashed my hips and pelvis theses are just the bits that give me hassle on a dayly basis
Can't moan I'm still bloody good looking ha ha lol
The chap I'm buying the van from is handy with the spaners and knows my situation
I can wait to pick it up on Saturday as I have plans for the summer iv been pritty much house bound since the crash
I'm just praying it's as good as he says
I was pritty handy around the toolbox befour the bump but naw it's all abit to much
So fingers crossed for Saturday guys and I'll let you know how I get on
Once again thank you for taken the time to write back on here
Regards Craig

Because these are imports the indicator stick and headlight control is on the right which may be of benefit to you. Wipers on the left stick.
The bit you may find tricky is the handbrake arrangement, to put the brake on there is a pedal on the left of the foot well, which you push down and this ratches the handbrake on. To release the handbrake there is a handle by your left knee that needs to be pulled, it's a bit like a bonnet release but bigger. It sounds like this may be hard work if you have limited use of your left arm (in all fairness it doesn't require much of a hard pull to release).
Good luck Craig it will be interesting to hear how you get on.
