new member gearbox oil question

Hi, I have a 98 2.4 petrol Largo.
I decided to do an oil change today but dropped the gearbox oil instead of the engine oil.
I am crawling around in the gutter underneath the car so visibility isn't great. I,ve put the drain plug back in but where do I fill the oil from ?
please advise
Cheers

Nige

slide drivers seat all the way forward. lift carpet to find access panel. here you will find the dipstick for the gearbox also known as the fill tube too ;)

Yep, through the dip tube as NRG says. I think it's a lot easier if you actually remove the driver's seat & large access panel (only about 12 bolts total) as the tube on mine is a bit hidden even through the panel behind the seat.

IIRC it takes about 3l of Dexron III. Was probably due a change anyway lol. Welcome.

Bet that was the import date, I think they used to drain the fluids before shipping lol.
