Hi Guys, and Ladies,
I recently purchased a very nice looking Largo, loved the shape and body kit, with a view for a camper conversion, just about to put my Scooby Doo Stickers on
have been doing a good bit of running around as just moved so removed seats and made her into a temporary workhorse, brilliant job
.....running perfectly then....fuel pump has gone, that is packed up, not run away.
Help, garage are having problems finding one it is a 97 Highway Star Auto 4wd 2.4 petrol the number on the pump is A42-T02 12V and 001 5420, all Japanise to me!! Can anybody point me in the right direction
Thanks
Brian

Are you sure it's the fuel pump ?
Put money on the cam sensor or cap/rotor/ leads etc.
Not very often the fuel pumps go.
If it's 100% the pump then replace with a walk round 255ltr like i did.

If you have pump out compare it to eBay item number:170773701738
Check plug shape as I seem to recall there being two shapes.

Thanks for your input, have found a couple that are reputed to fit, it's just mine doesn't quite look the same, more modern connectors I believe!

Yes, thanks looked at that one and another, they both seem to be ok although fittings seem different, more modern I guess

Yeah post a pic of your pump.
To be fair most Nissan pumps are the same , the only difference being the plug. You can get pumps with two threads on to connect to via a ring terminal.
I did have a link to the right one but bloody eBay gets rid after ninety days grr.
