Nissan Largo Friends

Hello everyone my name is mark, and I have just Purchased a 1998 Nissan Largo 2.4 Auto mileage is 44.000 miles and its mint have gone through the vehicle with a tooth pick and cant find any faults, is this a good thing or are they all like this?.
my model is the one with the twin headlights and it drives great, also is getting normal servicing parts i.e. oil filter spark plugs etc, easy to get hold of.
