Air leak on the turbo pipes or intercooler.. Gearbox low oil level filter blocked or shagged. Injector pump problem..

I installed new glow plugs and injectors. Had another look at the maf and followed ths cable down about 30cm down in the loom it was cut off. Reconnected it and now she goes really well. I still have the stalling problem though. Any ideas?

Alot of other members seem to have the same issue. Use the search bar and look for:
Rocket resister mod,
Have a read of that thread, might point you in right direction

Nice one on the MAF, that was a good guess heh
Stalling we've tried all sorts of things with limited success. Resistor mod helps but doesn't cure it entirely. I cleaned my pump's quantity adjuster, return valve and timing adjustment valve (had bits of metal in, not a good sign) and that didn't help. I've advanced the timing and that seemed to help a bit. I did the "TDI hammer mod" and that seemed to help a bit. So no silver bullet so far.
The was mention on another thread about recon injectors preventing hunting up and down at idle, that's next on my list, but it's an expensive thing to have to do.

Nice one thanks guys i am going to try the resistor trick then clean the other bits. But now she is hard starting hot or cold.

It's not cutting out anymore the resistor trick worked. Starting when warm again. So its the cold starting issue to sort and rear shocks. Does anyone know the code for the shocks?
